Custom Signs Burlington
Burlington puts two identities next to each other that rarely sit this close in the same city: a small, tourism-driven downtown and waterfront built around the pier and Spencer Smith Park, and a genuine manufacturing and distribution base in the north end near the QEW, Highway 403, and Highway 407 junction. The Niagara Escarpment also runs through western Burlington, which shapes where new commercial and industrial development can go in a way flatter neighbouring cities don't deal with.
We design, manufacture, and install signage entirely in-house, and we work with Burlington business owners online, by email and phone, rather than through a retail storefront.

Burlington's indoor signage demand comes from two very different sources: professional and medical offices around Joseph Brant Hospital and the downtown core, and manufacturing and distribution facilities in the north end, which need safety and shipping and receiving signage rather than reception branding.

Permits in Burlington
The City of Burlington has its own sign bylaw, separate from Oakville, Hamilton, or Milton. Downtown and waterfront areas may carry additional design guidelines tied to the core's streetscape plan. Properties near the Niagara Escarpment in western Burlington can also fall under provincial planning controls affecting what signage and development is permitted, on top of the municipal bylaw.

Do you do signage for manufacturing facilities, not just retail? Yes, wayfinding signage and building identification are a regular request from the Harvester Road corridor.
